I would like to inform you about an interesting event that will take place in Torri del Benaco from 28th April to 1st May.
It deals with the first edition of the “Festival of the ancient village- From the sea to the lake“, 4 days dedicated to the water world, fish, fishing…but not only.
In the Lake Garda villages, fishing was one of the most important jobs of the past, and in the museum of the Castle there is an area dedicated to this activity, with a rich exhibition of ancient tools.
Strolling along the town centre , have a look to the stands offering fishing items and food tasting.
On these days you can also take part to guided tours to the museum and to short boat trips along the cost of Torri.
In the evening guests are invited to taste special sea fish menues and to enjoy live music and folk-shows.
