Torri is preparing for a new event on next week end: the traditional midsummer festival.
In the green area at the castle feet, gastronomical stands will be set up and on Friday and Saturday (10th and 11th July) musical entertainment and dancing will animate the nights.
But the main appointment for sport and running lovers is on Sunday 12th July, with the traditional foot race on the hills of Torri del Benaco. The foot race, that is about 10 kms long, starts at 8.45 am from the port square and will get you in the hinterland of Torri del Benaco, along hill paths and olive trees. Refreshments and check points along the way.
Both the inhabitants of Torri and tourists are invited to take part in the foot race! You could register for it on Sunday morning at the departure point (starting from 7.30 am) or at our reception desk.
