The lessons are run by Chef Andrea in small intimate groups of no more than 6 people, and you will learn about local produce, traditional Italian ingredients and skilled cooking techniques.
They organize courses with varying class levels (basic/intermedia/advanced) that include welcome breakfast, lunch, and a culinary diploma signed by the chef.
