What about visiting the Isola del Garda?
The Isle, situated in front of the town of Manerba, owns to a private family, that since some years opens their home to guided tours.
The important news is that starting from this year, exactly from today 21st of May until 24th September 2015, boat tours to the isle start from Torri del Benaco,too. Departure from the port , every Thursday at 14.00.
Alternatively, other tours from Bardolino or Garda are scheduled on Wednesday or on Friday. Compulsory booking!
During the visit, you will discover a magical place, characterized by untouched nature and beautiful gardens, and dominated by the huge and elegant Neo-Gothic Venetian style Villa, that dates back to the early 1900´s.
Beside the guided tours, special cruises, concerts and other events are planned during the summer season.
